dc.description.abstract	The purpose of this project was to equip men of First Baptist Church of Enterprise, Alabama. Chapter 1 defines the goals of the project, ministry context, rationale, definitions, limitations, delimitations, and research methodology. Chapter 2 establishes the biblical and theological basis for male spiritual leadership in the home. Chapter 3 explores the theoretical and practical issues related to male spiritual leadership in the home. Chapter 4 describes the process by which the project was implemented. Chapter 5 evaluates the efficacy of the four-week project based on its specified goals.	en_US
